24 Hour Plumbing

Dominic was out today to finish installing and exchanging old for the new. Toilets, water heater, trash disposal. All in my new place of residence and Dominic was the first person I called when I went to contract. He's the only person who I would let any plumbing work for me at all.. great guy! And an extremely knowledgeable professional. 10 Stars!

I had a broken main line on Labor Day. I called numerous plumbers with no success. 24 hour plumbing answered the phone, assisted me verbally how to stop the flooding that was happening in my front yard, and then they came out quickly and fixed the problem. Did I mention it was Labor Day? Excellent customer service! Customer for life. Thank you for helping on a holiday.

Dominic is the best! He Gave Great Advice on a Project i was Working on. I Can't Thank Him Enough After I took Multiple to Home Depot. He was Really Honest with me and helped me out a lot over the phone. You Must Call Him for any of your plumbing needs!! He Is the Best!!!!!

Wow, a reliable and honest plumber.... Dominick and Sean were great. Dominick was very patient on the phone (almost 11pm). We set an appointment for the following day. He showed up when he said he would, perfomed the job smoothly and there were NO surprise additional costs. I would highly reccomend!

Dominic came to my home within 30 minutes of me calling for help late night. He went above and beyond what a plumber would do. He stood outside for an hour in a lightning storm to clear my drain. He even came back the next day to take a look with a camera, and found out that the city was responsible. I am very grateful for his services. Extremely professional and passionate in what he does. I’ve tried many plumbers in my experience being a homeowner, and this one is worth keeping!

Dominick came out to check our pipes as we were having issues with the toilets overflowing anytime someone took a shower. He was very professional and after snaking our drain he did a free camera inspection. After doing the inspection he quickly realized that our Cast Iron pipes were in need of some serious cleaning. He came back out 2 days later as promised and he offered a very fair price to descale our cast iron pipes. It took a couple of hours and after the job was complete he put the camera down the pipes to show us how much it was cleaned out which I thought was fine but apparently it wasn't up to his standards. He stayed additional time to get it cleaned out to meet his own standards. Any other plumber would've left after they completed the job but Dominick clearly has high standards and takes pride in his work. Thanks Dom! Hopefully I won't have to call you again ever for this house but in the event I do need a plumber in the future I know exactly who to call or refer.

I want to first start off by saying that the owner and his assistant were very friendly. They communicated ahead of time that they were running behind after missing the initial appointment. My initial concern was that I was experiencing low water pressure. I explained that my landlord is oversees and so it was important to get a full diagnostic completed, so that we can have a plan to resolve the issue if it could not be resolved during the first visit. Of course, the issue could not be resolved on the first visit because my water heater had to be shut off and it could not be done in the unit but by the association. Ultimately, after a few text exchanges I was told that the valves needed to be replaced and the owner doesn’t like doing that and it should be done by the association. This does nothing for me and if this was communicated earlier, I would’ve just paid the service call fee and not pay for a new faucet. So all in all I paid 225.00 to get my a new faucet and garbage disposal fixed ( never asked for this to be fixed) he offered and I assumed it was free of charge.

During the weekend, we had to call 24 Hour Plumbing because of a mainline stoppage. I spoke with Dominic and he was very professional and immediately knew what the issue was. He arrived timely and resolved the problem immediately. Given that it was a weekend, and there was an emergency, prices are usually higher but this company is very fair with pricing and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. I would highly recommend Dominic for any of your plumbing needs. Definitely will call again should any future issues arise. Thanks, Dominic!
